✔ Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools, email ticketing systems, and live chat platforms is a plus
✔ Experience in social media support (responding to DMs, comments, and queries)
✔ Ability to work independently and meet response time targets
