📌 Responsibilities:
✅ Plan, create, and manage paid social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
✅ Optimize ad performance to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
✅ Research target audiences and create custom audience strategies
✅ A/B test creatives, ad copy, and audience segments for better ad performance
✅ Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics & key KPIs
✅ Provide detailed ad reports and insights to improve strategies
✅ Stay updated with social media advertising trends & algorithm changes
📌 Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in social media advertising & digital marketing
✔ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
✔ Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and ad optimization
✔ Ability to work with designers & copywriters to create effective ad creatives
✔ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad tracking tools
✔ Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions
✔ Experience with Google Ads & PPC campaigns is a plus
